The centre has a vision to become a leading organisation that can effectively tackle causes and consequences associated with unemployment and poverty in Africa.
To empower people irrespective of their social status to make informed decisions that can enable them to effectively combat unemployment and poverty as well as influence related policy at different levels of society.
STRUCTURE AND LEGAL STATUS
The Centre is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as an organisation Limited by Guarantee under the Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. CEDAR is governed by a Board of Directors and a group of local and international professional Advisors.
The Programme Staff is made up of:
- Programme Officers and Associates
- Part Time Project Assistants
- Local and International Volunteers and Interns
- Zonal and Country Representatives.
The Centre also engages a pool of expert multi-disciplinary associates that are committed to human development.
