Youth Social Enterprise Ideation Group

The Youth Social Enterprise Ideation Group is a recent key initiative of CEDAR, serving as a hub for youth-led development initiatives. Recently, the group hosted a dynamic brainstorming session, bringing together young innovators to design impactful programs aimed at empowering marginalized youth.

During the session, participants explored ideas across financial literacy, vocational training, health education, digital empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion. These proposals reflect CEDAR’s commitment to fostering inclusive growth and creating sustainable opportunities for young people.

By equipping youth with the necessary tools and support, the group continues to drive meaningful change—shaping a future where young social entrepreneurs lead innovative solutions for community development.

Moving forward, the Youth Social Enterprise Ideation Group will remain a critical platform for tackling social and economic challenges. It will actively seek funding opportunities, respond to calls for proposals, and mobilize support from partners and committed high-net-worth individuals to bring these solutions to life.

The Centre is registered as an organization Limited by Guarantee with the Corporate Affairs Commission. The registration was affected in 2003, under the Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. CEDAR operates through a Board of Directors and a group of local and international professional Advisors and Associates. The Centre engages a pool of expert multi-disciplinary associates that are committed to human development.
