Successful Completion of Policy Document Development Workshop

We are pleased to announce the successful participation of our Executive Director as a trainer at a two-day workshop organized by the Innovation Lab for Policy Leadership in Agriculture and Food Security (PiLAF), University of Ibadan. The workshop, which took place on the 12th and 13th of September 2024, was part of the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Food Security Policy Research, Capacity, and Influence (PRCI) project, funded by USAID.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Topic: Training on Policy Processes, Policy Document Development, and Lobbying
  • Date: 12th and 13th September 2024
  • Venue: The Board Room, Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, University of Ibadan
  • Time: 10:00 AM daily

The training provided valuable insights into the policy space, focusing on developing effective policy documents and strategies for lobbying. It was a meaningful contribution to improving agricultural policy processes aimed at enhancing food and nutrition security in Nigeria.

We are excited about the impact this training will have on ongoing agricultural policy initiatives, and we look forward to applying the knowledge gained to further our mission.
